An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Thursday, repeating until 24th January 2019
Travel through the regional kitchens of Italy for three Thursdays in January 2019, starting with Umbria on Jan. 10, Le Marche on Jan. 17 and Trentino on Jan. 24.
These classes will be lead by Mark Gregorini, who has selected his favourite dishes from his travel and schooling.
Mark will take students through the process of preparing each dish, with an opportunity to taste at the end.
These classes are hands-on and will be limited to 25 people.
UMBRIA- gnocchi with wild boar spezzatino
LE MARCHE – porchetta, passatelli in brodo
TRENTINO – venison, smoked trout
Cost is $90 (plus tax) per class or $250 (plus tax) for all three.
Price includes charcuterie upon arrival. Cash bar.
